Did you know roasted coffee beans are fresh for just one week after roasting? After this time the beans are stale. Most coffee drinkers have never tasted fresh roasted coffee. Freshly roasted coffee beans have a unique 'clean' flavour. Despite all the advancements in packaging design, this wonderful fresh flavour still deteriorates after one week.

To ensure you always get pleasure from fresh coffee, we roast our own Green Coffee Beans. Our coffee roaster gives you a' visual theatre'. Come and watch as the green beans turn a golden brown before your eyes and the sweet aroma of freshly roasted coffee fills the air to tempt your taste buds.

Our green beans are displayed in an attractive looking Coffee Bean Hopper for you to choose from. Our " House Blend" is a premium blend of coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. You will enjoy the exotic blend from the highest grown estate coffee.

Bremen Patisserie only buys A and AA grade coffee beans.

Our Coffee is freshly roasted on daily basis on our premises.

You can be certain that we will never serve you a stale coffee.

Nicaragua Matagalpa	Highly sought after Arabica quality. Possessing great body and balance. Medium acidity with distinctive soft intense flavour, which lingers with a long after taste.
Costa Rica La Lapa	Mild to round with good acidity, body and neutral flavour.
Sulawesia Toraja	Distinct Deep rich body and flavour, light acidity without the very heavy earthy body of dry processed mandheling. Extremely desirable due to its cup character and high level of preparation.
Kenya AA	Highly sought after African quality. Medium to heavy body, firm acidity and flavour.
Colombian	Semi-soft to soft bodied with good acidity predominately from the Medellin region in central Colombia.
Colombian Water De-Caf	Soft/medium body with good acidity and full flavour. Decaffeinated using 100% water as the decaffeinating agent/solvent. Most decaffeinated coffees available use chemicals ( methol chloride ) to extract caffeine from the bean.
New Guinea Organic A Grade	Light bodies with delicate acidity, full flavoured with chocolate overtones. Native grown Arabica in soils that are totally free of any pesticides.
Mexican Organic	Grown above 35000 ft in soil free from pesticides. Light bodied coffee with mild acidity and distinctive bright cup.
House Blend	A premium blend of coffee made from 100% Arabica beans. It is an exotic blend from highest grown estate coffee.
