The NEW

 Flaming Ron!

So you think you can handle your Chilli fairly hot? We have a challenge for you, drop in and try one of our new chilli pies that we are making using the World's hottest Chilli.

We add only a small amount of Trinidad scorpion chilli which is rated the hottest in the world, but the pie still packs a real punch.

1,463,700 scoville heat units is the intensity of these buggers. It is the hottest in the world according to the Guinness world records replacing the Naga Jolokia's with 1,382,118 SHU by the laboratory test conducted in March 2011 that is almost 300 times hotter than a jalapeno, which is used in Tabasco sauce. One seed from the Trinidad Scorpion Butch can produce sustained intense pain sensation in the mouth for up to 30 minutes before subsiding which leaves our customers gasping for air and having to sign a special paper waiving the Patisserie of any responsibility for reactions.

What are you waiting for? come in and try one today! Only at Bremen Patisserie 302 West Street Umina 2257.
